Self-Hypnosis

How is Self-Hypnotising Different From Going To A Hypnotherapist?

  • All hypnotism is not self-hypnotism
  • Self hypnotism works wery well along with hypnotherapy, but they are not the same.
  • When a person is in a self hypnotic state, they can create positive changes in their life. Self hypnotism is mearly organizing ones thoughts to be inline with their conscious will.
  • When a person comes to see a hypnotherapist, the hypnotist disorganizes the clients thoughts to bypass the critical part of thier conscious mind. This allows the hypnotherapist to deliver suggestions directly into the clients subconscious mind.
